I need to find a salon in Bettendorf or Davenport that does Neon colors.. I want to get my hair dyed BRIGHT neon red.. and i can't seem to find a place that does.. So i would like some help finding somewhere.. But.. I HAS to be in Bettendorf or Davenport.Hair color/styles/Hair salons?
